what people must remember before going on the rant about "this is going to remove the rights of ownership bull" that you are buying the PS3 hardware and becoming an licencee of the software meaning in order to use the software you must abide by there terms and conditions. You can do what ever you want to the hardware, you can turn the ps3 into an oven, software you cant unless its open source or free ware.
