Lolwut :p, there is no point stabilizing a country where the people don't want it. Afghanistan for example will go to the pigs once UN leaves, I am surprised Iraq is holding up quite well thus far. Countries in Middle East/Africa don't need democracy brought to it, if the majority agree with it and are tired of the old regime they'll protest against it themselves, the involvement of the West just makes matters worse, in most if not all scenarios.
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.
