Ask her out in class. You'll be so nervous that your heart will be beating hard against your chest, but just say "Do you want to hang out/go for a drink/go see a movie?" (whichever you think she'd enjoy most). Once its out, the ball's in her court. Th longer you wait, the higher the chance you're gonna miss your opportunity man.
Also, you guys SUCK at giving advice. No wonder so many of you don't know how to deal with girls ¬_¬;
