Yeah, but you cannot file a patent infringement lawsuit whenever you want. For example in France you have three years since the infringement (so, LG can't suit Sony in France), while in Italy and Spain 5 years and in the US 6 years...

Are you saying that LG is wrong by suing Sony?

No, simply that there is a prescription period.

But im asking if Sony still can "dodge" this "sue"?
