Is this so much different from the PS3, wii scenario?
PS3 brought massive power, HD, Blu-Ray and whatever else (oh, and a big price) to this gen's war and the humble wii brought motion sensing which caught the public's imagination and the rest is history. Even Sony copied it.
Now this is the same thing on the handhelds and this time Nintendo brought 3D which seems again to have the consumers in awe.
It just seems to me that Sony is always a step behind and once again Nintendo has grabbed the headlines by offering something new and unique.
Just my take.
