So many good memories. I would love to play this again from the start.

This used to be my facebook profile picture, which was frequently the position I was in, dead enchanter on the floor. Definately the hardest game I've ever played and most addictive and immersive. It could take an hour just to travel to a place to meet your friends if they happen to be at the other end of the world.
It's also the game where I met my wife. A lvl 10 enchanter meeting up with a lvl 10 wizard in east commonlands while hunting orcs and bears. We played the game for more then 3 years in which time I moved from The Netherlands to Canada where we bought our first house together. Definitely a life changing experience :)
Still happily married nowadays, although not enough time/energy anymore to devote to a game like this. We played WoW for a couple of years but although very good it never had that same magic as Everquest had. Forcing you to group (just 1 player short of a full group made it pretty difficult) with plenty of downtime really got you to know your fellow players.
