Maybe the art style looks like that. But I doubt even High end PCs could render this at anything higher than 10 FPS on 1920x1080, lol.

 

Look at the texture's resolution, the lack of jaggies even with MSAA turned off (the only thing that has jaggies without MSAA seems to be the cigarette :P), the lightning effects, the ammount of polygons in the face of the character, the tessellation, etc... It's totally impossible on current consoles.

 

Batman Arkham Asylum looks like crap compared to this :S it's nowhere near it.

Did you see the pics in the source at their full resolution?

 

And I read this is just a middleware engine.

I agree, Batman came no where close to that. Looks great.
