I'm more worried about production efficiency. If these new graphics jack up the price because that level of detail requires more work, then no thanks. I'd rather have developers focus more on gameplay than upping resolution and detail. Also, I don't want to see $80 games.
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
