You'll see silverlight on iOS as soon as you see iTunes integration on WM7. iOS already has a netflix app which is the only thing of significane I can think silverlight is used on anyways.
Flash, who knows. I don't know how long Adobe can hold out when over 100 million iOS devices are being sold each year.
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
