Versus XIII was never planned to be a 2011 Release. Not even in Japan. Versus XIII will release worldwide in 2012.
The Last Guardian has been promised to at least release in Japan by the end of this year which probably means a Western Release will come in Early 2012.
Mass Effect 3 won't get delayed.
