You can buy a new Dynamic theme(which is flash-based and cost around $3 I think) to decorate your XMB, or you can download los of free themes on PSN. They are not as good as dynamic ones though.

Hah! Yes, but that was only if you get a 1 year plan beforehand, instead of 12 months you get 15 months lol.
I hope you are not disappointed. :P
But, if you want to get stacking for free ($15) you may want to look into PS Plus coz I heard it was free for this month or something, check out the PSN for details I guess.
And don't listen to pullus, MGS 4 is great! :( Although you may not like it depending on your tastes...
