I can't remember, but which fighting game runs significantly better on the 360? It also doesn't help that the 360 D-pad is one of the worst in recent history. Fighting games have always sold better on PS3 and I'm sure that Kratos only makes the choice between platforms even easier.

For pressing left, up, right and down, the PS3 is better. I also read into it and the issue is limted to specefic games and its the exception and not the norm. The page you linked also referred to a site that mentions that the 360 version has some serious screen tearing issues, which I'm sure is only effecting MVC3 and isn't a normal occurence among all the other fighting games on the system.
