Exclusives are important for the gaming industry, and the more the merrier. Case in point, the high number of exclusives and the high quality of them driven by stiff competition during the 16-Bit Wars.
Ahhhh, those were great times. Far too many multiplatform games these days. Far, far too many. Decreases the value of a console, it does.
