I will agree that both Borderlands and Bulletstorm brought something to the FPS genre that differentiates thems from the Halo/COD clones in interesting ways.
For the record I am thoroughly enjoying my time with Bulletstorm, and I dug the hell out of Borderlands.
I play a ton of FPS's though. I guess I like to shoot things.
