you look quite a bit older than 22! The moustache is a little long, but the beard isn't overgrown. do you look much younger when its all shaved off? 
i'd suggest maybe trimming your 'stache, but most importantly, smiling :D a girl isn't gonna want to date a guy who looks like a serial killer
