You are asking where an emulator is... like a month after a hack has been made?
Does Wii even have a PC emulator? I'd honestly be shocked if it did... or if it did, if it ran well.
Er seriously? Actually Geohot released an NES emulator though.
Meanwhile, making backups of your games... = legal.
Though i've never done it. Should though. Had to rebuy SD vs RAW 2011 when i accidently stepped on my powersupply in the middle of the night.
