Sony is currently being sued for violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse act (Other OS removal).

Yeah, that one I was aware of, what i wasn't aware of, is they were sued for betamax for "helping copyright infringement."

Which... actually holds more weight then saying Geohot helped it... since they actually specifically made something who's majority and intended purpose was to copy copyrighted works.

Sony also sued LG for having its patents in their phones and Lg fired back for sony having patents of theirs in ps3s
