Sony doesnt want people hacking sony products, so whats wrong with them useing the courts to make prevent it from happening?
If hackers dont wanna face any heat then go to another console... the other consoles and their fans have no problems with hackers, hell Microsoft is pretty much saying "come on hackers hack kinect all you want". Hackers should just go where they are welcome.
