Day one probably.
But I bought the ESIV Game of the year addition as my first HD game for my PS3 more than three years back and I felt like it was the best game for my money I had ever bought, still do actually. It will be as hard as quiting herion for me to wait for the game of the year addition, but it is so worth it if you do.
I will be buying it for PS3 even if it is the worst version because I want to see Sony make profit this gen and Microsoft already is.
