If Steam sales count as the bargain bin, than probably. There are so many games I'm looking forward to besides this...Portal 2, Pikmin 3, Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword, Rock of Ages, The Grinder...Elder Scrolls would be an after thought.
I'm not sure if I'd like Elder Scrolls. Pokemon, Borderlands, and Monster Hunter are the only 'rpg' games I have liked. If it's anything like Final Fantasy, Fallout, or anything with linked hits, I'll most certainly pass.
