Ive seen alot of people say he should be in jail. What has he done that is a criminal offence?

distributed altered Sony's code and created/aided piracy on ps3

The last thing i read they were taking him to civil court for violating the psn tos. But i could be wrong. Does anybody know if they have added more charges?
