Being "a Jew" is a race thing first and foremost though although most Jewish communities accept converters too (but they're still not regarded as "true" Jews). Judaism is a more loose term. I don't know exactly the definiton of Judaism actually. Is it the religion? The culture? The race? All combined in equal portions? |
Well it's all down to this, he's Russian but is he Jewish? You CAN be a Russian and a Jew so I'd push the race out of that equation. Culture and Religion seem like more likely options in regards to Judaism, although I did hear of some communities requireing proof of Jewish relatives in order to join them, something like grandfather must have been "jewish" or something. I don't know. Some consider it a race nowadays.
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.
