Give us a reason why the blu-ray can give an advantage on the game. We know that Kojima want 50 GB disc, but do you really think we really need that much of space ? Many games like Oblivion don't take the full place of a 9 GB DVD, and if MGS continue in the same path the game won't even last 10 hours. And don't give us the High Definitions Graphics reason, Kojima hismself said in a interview with Game Informer that he want to make comparable graphics with other games than pushing the bar higher.

He only needs it for a bizillion hours of hi-def prerendered cutscenes. Which I believe can be converted to either DVD quality or made into real time cutscenes, which is something I'd actually prefer, CG cutscenes were born on the ps1 because regular graphics were to crappy to tell a story. Now with the stunning capabilites of this gen why are we pretending they ain't good enough?

I've also heard from Sony in interviews that it's much easier to port a game to the 360 then to the ps3. Meaning that there is less of a reason to keep ps3 exclusives exclusive. Escpecially in America where MGS has an audience, why not bring it to a system that thrives on action and has a much bigger base. This isn't just smart business this is the only business option for them.  Only they feel like telling stock holder their biggest franchise sold poorly because we put it on the console with the smallest base, even though we knew this in head of time. We watched the sales sink and sink every week, and saw clearly the 360 had a comfortable lead in the US and we completely ignored the cross platform option. I don't know how you'd say that to investors. And what could Sony possibly offer you to stick around? If they foot the bill to some extent they lose whatever compensation their getting off the game, on top of all the other monies their losing.
