Yay thanks to the actions of North America and European Governments the convert was freed. He was offered asylum in several countries and is now out of Afghanistan. However the Afghan Government may still execute another man for converting soon, he has yet to go to trial.
Lets hope our Governments keep pushing Afghanistan for religious freedoms. Infact we should demand they put more in their laws to protect converts.
