People are generally apprehended and arrested before they go to trial. is that wrong?

The police will not just raid a house on a random whim, and especially if it's not something to do with drugs, weapons or child porn etc. and even then they'd usually need some form of warrant. They would need the court's go-ahead to do this raid, so someone in the chain thinks that Sony and the law have enough to bring this guy and/or his stuff to book.

if he's got nothing to worry about, we'll find out soon enough and I'm sure he'll be entitled to collect compensation of some sort.
