Yep. I actually live in Christchurch and the earthquake was pretty damned freaky. Really feeling for all those that lost loved ones at the moment.

What did it feel like? I live ina part of the USA where the only disaster we may get is the occasional tiny flood or weak tornado.

I was walking when it happened and had difficulty standing because of the intensity. Had no idea of the havok it caused in the four avenues though.
