Yeah I agree with the action adventure, mainly the ones that I have played have not disappointed me either, I really, REALLY liked Bioshock, one of my favourite games by far.

Ashamed to say I haven't really played that many platformers lol, I am probably one of the only people that had a PC and played games like Age of Empires and the first Warcrafts etc instead of playing Mario and Zelda. I have NEVER played Zelda, Mario or Final Fantasies(Despite having a 100 games collection on PS1!). I did however enjoy late 90s and early 2000s games on PC.

Well I can't really blame you. PC gaming during the late 90's/early 00's was superb.

I mean, I started with a Sega Genesis/MegaDrive so Sonic was all I knew (which is totally okay with me, those games were incredible). Been a platform junkie every since.

I did have a Megadrive too, had Sonic adventure, I remember the days when you can't save your progress and had to leave your sega on or lose it all. But I don't think I had that many games for Sega as most of the games were rarely imported into my country of residence at the time. I think I also had Dune and Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtles :L.But yeah looking back now, it's a bit interesting how drastically technology has evolved into what it is today. Taking into account that I can still remember the time when I couldn't save the games!
