People, DVD burners still exist. Even though it enables you to make copies of DVDs, the fact that there are legal ways to use DVD burners trumps anything illegal in the courts. This lawsuit is like taking the inventors of CD-Rs to court way back in the day. This is probably just a threat and expected him to settle out-of-court instead of defending himself. The real joke is on sony if they proceed any further.
