Simple answer: no, definately not for 5-10 years. Just think about it. The PSP has PS2-level graphics and power. If you go a step up from that and actually have NOTICEABLE difference, you really have to move to PS3-level power. Right now, the PS3 is about the size of my PC. Until it can get a lot smaller and a lot cheaper, there is no chance.
[This is assuming Sony sticks to the "each generation must be a step up in power" approach. If it doesn't, it's not really fit to call it a PSP2]
