Yes, you won't be allowed to play online but that should be irrelevant because its done to allow fair-play.

I'm talking more of the larger scale. Anyone that knows anything about court can say they cite previous cases to make their case. If Sony were to win this(or just crush Geo under mountains of bills) then future companies can point at it and go. Look how Sony has the right do anything to their machines!

I will do nothing with it. Despite what many think I won't run emulators, cheat, or pirate games. I just want to be able to play newer games along with keeping OtherOS. I have a question for you? What does that have to do with your point? Now it just looks like you are trying to flame me...

So you want to do everything you can do right now on your PS3 minus the OtherOS. Did you even use otherOS? Are you a PS Phat owner or PS Slim owner? and are you aware that otherOS was taken away from the PS3 because Geohut found a way to use homebrew through otherOS? I'm not flaming, I'm just trying to understand what people mean by fighting for our rights and where they're situation is coming from.
