Why do you spread lies? Just asking because if Sony wins this you will still own your PS3 and will be allowed to hack it as well. Don't start talking like "zomg!! I am gonna lose my PS3's ownership omg!!".
Yes, you won't be allowed to play online but that should be irrelevant because its done to allow fair-play.
