I thought all gay guys could reognise eachother. Heck, even I can spot most of them, and I'm not gay.

Vast majority don't show any signs of "gayness".

I was thinking of some subtle non verbal cues or something. Not dancing around in a rainbow shirt.

Yeah that's what I mean, some are totally ... fool proof. Only gay guys can recognise them because of a glint in their eyes straight men wouldn't get, even then it's hard to tell!
