Anyway, I've punched through a window, which cut up my hand pretty badly.

I punched a hole in the wall when Collingwood lost a grand final a couple of years ago.

I kicked and dented a friends car when we got into a fight over a trip we were taking to Queenscliff.

I punched a punching bag so hard that the the screw holding it up came loose and the holding bar fell on me.

I kicked in a door at camp when one of my friends took a picture of me while I was in the shower (Year 12 and I kicked his ass).

I kicked a wooden couch in our camp lounge room so hard that my foot broke through and I cut my leg.

They were all pretty satisfying occurences.

Good on your door kicking feat, now you just have to worker harder with the whole naked sister thing.
