Will Killzone 3 have a way to turn off melee kills with excessive gore?

It is making the effect of the kill excessive I find a turnoff. Is it ok if I don't want to drive a knife into someone's eyeball?  Or do you feel it is a necessity people actually ENJOY doing that?  Why should I avoid playing a game a certain way, just to avoid certain effects, when doing a melee attack may be essential? 

I do have enough FPS titles, but ended up liking the storyline and world of Killzone.  Because of the quantity I own and can still play, I can afford to be picky.

here is what best for you, there is several way it performing in melee attacks, only two of them attacking eyeball, when you notice it is performing any of this two, close your eyes just for a while since our eyes need rest anyway when playing games... xDD
