The Wii has tons of System sellers, games arent the issue. The Wii itself is the problem. The Wii needs to be refreshed, it feels old and behind. When you have as strong as competitors as the Wii has whom have both had new slim versions, new hadware and such, Nintendo needs to to something about it. Even the PS2 got a refresh.

For definition a system seller is something that sells system, which game do you think the Wii has left to sell systems? Of course I'm not counting Wii Fit, WSR and NSMBW, they are the main reason why people actually buys a Wii, not system sellers.

Now try to define system seller.

Ok I see what you did, they're letting him survive so they're system sellers. Ok, you're not totally wrong, but I just can't see how you consider 4 games which are letting the console die system sellers. System sellers should improve the sales of a console, not just let him survive.

The Wii is a family console which sells most of its hardware in November and DEC by an amazin amount. There was tons of games release on Nintendo a couple months ago. Nintendo strategy has always been to survive on a couple games for months and months. It just doenst work as much unless the game has Mario or Wii in its title.
Nintendo don't do much sequels, but it sure needs some right now.

Meh, I don't think anything except for NSMBW2 could sell systems. Look at Galaxy 2, even selling 5m it din't move hardware.
Nintendo needs games which could attract new customers, to the Wii Fit ones, which already buy the system...I agree with you about a restyle, but this should also be a way to change Wii's image, like Microsoft did with 360. Releasing just a redesign could help sales but in the long term won't help too much IMHO.
