That's what I thought it was going to be too, some global warming thing about florida.
I've never really thought of Florida as America's Penis though... I always thought of it more as it's back legs.
I mean, you look at the USA and it looks kinda like an Animal. Texas and Florida as the front and back legs, Maine and the NE as the tail.
Kinda looks like a Pokemon.
