Storm can run away good and her Ice Storm hyper does great chip damage.

Ah ok and what about Wesker? I know Sentinel is God Tier and Wesker from all the gameplay I've seen of him, he seems to be really good and powerful. But some have argued that Wesker isn't good.

Wesker in the right hands is god-tier. I got destroyed by a Wesker online, but you need to have assists in a vertical attack direction for maximum benefit (see: Dormammu's purification, Dante's Jame Session.) I used to think that knowing his teleports would be enough to block them . . .  :/

Too bad because I like his character, but neither Hsien-Ko nor Deadpool have the right assist types for him.
