All future TVs having 3D? They can't even agree what kind of 3D they want to implement. Everyone started with active tech but now manufacturers are switching to passive...none of which can do true 1080p@60 frames. Then glasseles 3D will come out in a few years and jack up the price again. No one will want to buy 3DTV with glasses if glassesless 3D tech exists so there is no point in making current 3D the standard.

The bottom line is, Samsung sold 2 million 3D TVs in 2010 which is most out of anyone, you can imagine howmuch the rest sold. The tech just isn't selling well (due to lack of great 3D content mostly) and won't become standard for many years to come...
