We do that in our society already, you can get mug shots of people arrested all the time....we found one of my gfs mother lol. I have two boys around that age and i can tell you that even if you correct them right away they may still go back and do it again, I was the same way with an old tv my mother got in germany. My parents caught me messing with it daily even after being put in the corner, spanked and yelled at lol.
