It's a good point.
"Computer programs that enable wireless telephone handsets to execute software applications, where circumvention is accomplished for the sole purpose of enabling interoperability of such applications, when they have been lawfully obtained, with computer programs on the telephone handset."
I wonder if a device with 3G and able to use, say, Skype could fall under this exception even if it is not a mobile phone. Like NGP.
