Metacritic is a terrible way to determine the quality of JRPG's. Most critics are a bit too harsh on JRPGs.

Somehow, that's something I tried to imply.

Nah it's otherwise - jRPG get what they should be getting but most reviewers have diffrent scale for western publishers with big marketing budgets.
