Unless the violators are downloading like 2-3 games a week... they really can't do a thing about it.
Actually, it'd have to be way more then that. You can't really take someone to court for Copyright unless you've suffered something like... 1K's worth of damages within 6 months.
That's why all copyright claims either only target uploaders or those expensive ass 600-1000 dollar buisness programs.
