no the NGP will have an more expensive out right cost of around 400-600 dollars.

What are you talking about? Where are you getting those numbers? The only thing i've read thus far is that 2 sku's are planned. A wifi only sku and a 3G enabled one. No numbers.

my bad i forgot to put in the Wifi sku in the first sentence. And just guessed the cost. 

and i am just saying that you would be able to pay off the device over time or pay like 10 dollars an month or have to pay an large amount or out right.
