Ugh... leave the useless mobile wars for Engadget. Everyone has their own expectations of a mobile device and will choose accordingly. We should all be glad that the competition is driving all these companies to one up each other in various ways.

I personally like Maemo/Meego because I'm a mega geek and want full blown Linux computer capabilities in my pocket with zero virtualization, zero restrictions on customizability and zero need to "hack" anything to get what I want.

Others will like Android handsets for their constant updates and large app store and varying handheld form factors.

Others will like iOS devices because they want a large app store and not have to worry about messing around to get things going the way they want.

Finally, others will like WP7 for its well done integration with other MS products and overall solid performance and nice hardware.

Seriously, get over your own opinion. You just alienate yourself when you try to make it look superior to others. You don't appear smart. You don't achieve anything. You just end up looking like a major ass. Everyone will choose what they like based on their needs and expectations. I'm not against sharing your opinion and discussing why you feel this is the right handset for you but constantly bashing anything not pro- your opinion is useless.

Its a shame that such a good post went mostly unnoticed.

Anyways we have enough trouble with the console wars retardation why do we need mobile phone wars on top of it?
