It was announced at E3 iirc.  I think there might've even been one screen, but I'm not sure now.

Really? Sounds awesome! Must've slipped past with all the oher cool announcements at E3

I wouldn't get too excited just yet, it may end up being just another conversion of NG1.  Which is cool, but less cool an original effort would be.
