Ouch dude. Still, theres no reason your friendship has to suffer.
I've had the same thing happen to me except the other way around (ie. I wasn't the one who said 'I love you' to a friend) and I'm still really close buddies with the girl. Just move on and don't mention it when hanging out with her.
