thats a really sad story 
i guess there isn't any advice anyone can give you. except give yourself time to get your head together. thats one hell of a story, sorry to hear it :( but.. she cant make herself feel something, and its not your fault or hers. reads like she's going through stuff too, i feel bad for both of you. she obviously cares about you a lot though.
i would say keep talking to her the way you always have been, cos maybe avoiding her would make it impossible to be her friend later down the line?
