No real issues with trophies myself although I did wonder why I haven't got the kill Darkspawn ones yet, I presumed it is down to individual kills not the team, which would be highly annoying. Althought I'm pretty sure I've doen the 'Across all playthroughs, recruited all party members' but still haven't got that one, unless I'm missing someone.
Although I did randomly get 'Across all playthroughs, discovered all possible endings' trophy when i finished the Witch Hunt DLC, not the main game.
Hmm, pie.
