Well, how good are the Witcher graphics for a PC game? Not all PC games are graphics beasts and there are surely some which have graphics more or less equal to the HD consoles.
Any PC game which has visuals the equivalent of the best on offer on 360 and PS3 is gonna be a sweet looking game.
