A. Connect the two PS3's with an ethernet cable. Transfer from one to another
B. Create an image of the old hard drive. Copy this to a USB drive (size depends on what you gonna copy, I suggest copy only the saves and the very small installs. This way the size will be around 3.7gb). Then plug the USB to the slim and restore data.
